FAQs

  • What is the min/max length of stay

    • Min. 30 nights. 
    • Max. 90 nights.

    This is a Licence Agreement for a temporary hotel stay with no automatic right to extend, NOT a tenancy.

    Stay extension is subject to availability and rate at the time under separate booking and Licence agreement, previous stay duration cannot be combined for discount.

  • What facilities are private/shared?

    Your room & private ensuite bathroom is private to your own use.


    Other facilities such as Kitchen/Dining area/PAYG Laundry/Garden are communal with other guests.

  • Are bills included?

    Yes. (Electricity, gas, water and wifi)


    Fair use policy applies to prevent malicious wastage 



  • What is the payment schedule?

    Upfront payment required at confirmation.


    Bookings are Non-refundable AND Non-amendable once confirmed.

  • Is Housekeeping service included?

    Fortnightly Housekeeping service included.

  • Can I bring additional guests/visitors?

    Responsible visitors are allowed until 10pm daily subject to house rules.


    No visitors exceeding room capacity are allowed during 10pm-8am.

  • Can we stay as a couple/with child?

    Maximum capacity of our rooms are 2 persons (Single Room is 1).


    Minimum stay age is 3. Occupant aged 3-18 must stay with a 18+ responsible adult*. Child is counted as one occupant regardless of age.



    *We reserve right, at our sole discretion, to reject any stay requests if we are not convinced that the child occupant can be responsibly taken care of.

  • Any parking/EV charging on site?

    Guest free parking is not included for Monthly stay tariff.


    Parking permit can be added as an add-on during booking.


    EV charging at additional charging tariff.

  • Are pets allowed

    Unfortunately No.

  • Any curfew time?

    No. But we poiltely ask you to keep noise to a minimum when In/Out during 10pm-8am.
